Step Up ABA's mission is to partner with families to better the lives of kids with autism. Behavior Technicians work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism ages 2-7.

BT’s participate in training programs that provide instruction in: Applied Behavior Analysis, social and play skills development, daily living skills, management of maladaptive behaviors and data collection techniques applicable to our clients.
Job Duties
· Provide Home-based intensive 1:1 instruction to children diagnosed with Autism. (Renton and Federal Way Monday to Friday Full time)
· Apply tactics from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with the assistance of a BCBA supervisor.
· BT’s will be responsible for implementing the behavior plans as written, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition procedures.
· Take daily session notes and collect data during therapy sessions.
