Role Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
  • Manage sales pipelines and track progress towards quarterly targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
  • Assist in developing new sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Report on sales performance and metrics regularly.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
