Role Description
This is a part-time, per diem role for a Behavior Specialist located in Northern, NJ. The Behavior Specialist will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing support for behavior management. Daily tasks include collaborating with families, caregivers, and the Behavior Analyst to deliver effective behavioral services. The specialist will also monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure positive outcomes for each child.

Qualifications
- Skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Behavior Management
- Understanding of Psychology and Behavior Modification techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field OR high school diploma and 2 years experience
- Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting is a plus
- Certification in ABA or related fields is advantageous
