Step Up Family Services is actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team throughout New Jersey!
As an in-home ABA start-up company, we've grown significantly over the last 5 years and we're searching for like-minded individuals who are equally ambitious and motivated as we are! We have several goals that we know we can't meet without exceptional talent! We're actively recruiting for part-time/per diem BCBAs as well as those who may be interested in joining us full-time. The advertised rate/hour is that of a part-time/per diem BCBA. We can happily explore any full-time opportunities as well which include those benefits listed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including practical functional analyses, and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results
- Design, teach, and supervise behavior analytic interventions that are ethical and effective based on published research in behavior analysis
- Supervise the work of Behavioral Technicians who implement behavior analytic interventions
- Effectively develop and implement appropriate assessment and intervention methods for use in unfamiliar situations and for a range of cases
- Provide training in ABA methods and other support services to families and staff as well as collaborate effectively with professionals from other disciplines in the child and family team to promote consistent intervention and maximal outcomes
- Supervise BCaBA clinicians and RBTs as needed
Additional Requirements:
- Must be adaptable to the ever-changing climate utilizing a hybrid model of both in-person and remote teaching/supervision
- Must possess a valid certificate as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Must possess a driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Must consent to and pass a criminal background check
- Must comply with all HIPAA (confidentiality) laws as it relates to Protected Health Information
- Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and a self starter
- Must be creative, enthusiastic, and a team player!
