* Assist licensed physical therapists in the delivery of high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: Graduation from an accredited two-year program for physical therapist assistants, recognized by the appropriate accrediting agency
* Licensure: Current licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a PTA in the state of Florida
* Experience: Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is required; familiarity with skilled nursing facilities is a plus
* Professional Membership: Membership in state and national American Physical Therapy Associations is preferred

* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and colleagues
