Supply Chain Program Manager – Industrial Transfer
Location: Seattle (USA) & Mexico

Key Role in a High-Impact Industrial Transition

Job Summary
We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead and execute supply chain activities for a major industrial transfer project. Your mission: secure material availability and build buffer inventory to ensure a seamless production transfer to a new site.

You will be the supply chain focal point, responsible for procurement coordination, supplier management, risk mitigation, and on-time material delivery. You will also oversee purchase order (PO) and contract novation activities, working cross-functionally with program managers, operations, engineering, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy for the industrial transfer project.
Build buffer inventory to prevent supply disruptions during transition.
Ensure all component materials are secured to meet transfer deadlines.
Align supply chain execution with program, operations, engineering, and quality teams.

Supplier Coordination & Procurement Management:
Lead procurement efforts to secure materials on time.
Engage with suppliers and procurement teams to reduce supply chain risks.
Manage supplier negotiations, purchase orders (POs), and contract novation.
Ensure a smooth supplier transition to the new production site.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
Identify and mitigate supply risks with proactive strategies.
Implement contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
Solve issues related to supplier performance, material shortages, and quality concerns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Define and monitor KPIs for supply chain readiness.
Provide regular reports and status updates to senior management.
Deliver data-driven insights to optimize execution.


Profil recherché

Your Profile
5 years experience in supply chain, procurement, or program management.
Strong project management and risk mitigation skills.
Experience in industrial transfer or manufacturing relocation projects.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and supplier negotiations.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
