POSITION SUMMARY
Offers support to the Program Director of the STEP with Links program and students.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist STEP Director in performing specific duties as assigned.
Provide programmed practice activities and repetitions as developed by director.
Guide independent study and other work assigned by the director.
Report student problems to the director and assists with student problems.
Supervise students during unstructured time during transitions.
Assist in establishing and maintaining standards of student behavior.
Assist in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct.
Help maintain order in the classroom; monitors students to keep them on task.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a part-time position which includes meeting after school one day per week from 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
