The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, Credit , you will own the end-to-end development of our lending products, shaping the roadmap to align with Step's broader business goals. You'll use data-driven insights to define priorities, work cross-functionally to execute product strategies, and collaborate with external lending partners. Over time, you will build and lead a team of product managers, each specializing in different areas of credit.
What You'll Do
- Define & Drive Strategy - Partner with leadership to refine Step's credit product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Prioritize with Data - Leverage analytics, user insights, and industry trends to identify high-impact features, optimizations, and experiments.
- Execute with Excellence - Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, legal, compliance, and external lending partners to build, launch, and scale products.
- Optimize & Iterate - Monitor key product metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on learnings to continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Lead & Grow a Team - Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of product managers as our credit product suite expands.
