The Role
As a Business Intelligence Manager on our Strategy and Operations team, you'll be instrumental in managing our CRM systems, analyzing & visualizing large data sets, ensuring high data integrity across internal systems, and providing reporting & operational support to enhance our team's performance.

The Role
As a Business Intelligence Manager on our Strategy and Operations team, you'll be instrumental in managing our CRM systems, analyzing & visualizing large data sets, ensuring high data integrity across internal systems, and providing reporting & operational support to enhance our team's performance.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and optimize our CRM systems, (today we use HubSpot)
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for weekly performance analysis & ad-hoc asks
- Monitor and cleanse data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity across internal systems
- Partner with sales to build and manage forecast reports
- Project future results and identify needed re-allocations of resources to meet business goals
- Build and maintain automations to boost team productivity
- You have 3 years of experience in a sales operations or go-to-market role, preferably working at an early-stage direct-to-consumer start-up
- You have 2 years of experience with PostgreSQL or BigQuery
- You have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- You have certification / mastery of advanced features within Hubspot
- You have experience in managing large volumes of data, including migration and cleansing
- You have mastery of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Sheets / Tableau / Looker / Preset, etc)
- You have a process-oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency and standardization
- You learn quickly through experimentation
- You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- You can effectively collaborate with others across multiple teams
- You also have Salesforce certification or experience
- You have experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make
- You’ve worked in education or healthcare
