Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Lead will be instrumental in scaling our accounting and finance functions, optimizing financial resources, and partnering with the leadership team on key strategic initiatives to support Stepful’s next phase of growth.

The Role

What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support Stepful's growth objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Scale of the accounting and finance team to meet the evolving needs of the company.
- You have 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a high-growth startup, with a background in edtech or healthcare being a strong plus.
- You’re highly skilled in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with hands-on experience managing P&L and cash flow for scaling companies.
