The Role

As an Operations Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives to improve our student experience, overseeing a growing team of student-experience professionals. You will build processes and systems to scale our operations and provide an outstanding learning experience for our new programs.

What You'll Do

• Drive strategic initiatives to improve our student and instructor experience.
• Lead experiments to improve student retention, learning, and placement outcomes, identifying opportunities for improved processes and automation at scale.
• Oversee operations for a growing team of student experience professionals, including coaches and instructors.
• Own end-to-end projects, including revamping processes, identifying new features, and hiring.
• Own and achieve the student success metrics, including learning outcomes, certification, and satisfaction rates.
• Work cross-functionally with our product, learning, and engineering teams to provide visibility into students' and student experience professionals' feedback to help inform their product roadmaps.

Base Salary : $120-140k

Equity : 0.02% - 0.04%
