What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hairstylist/Cosmetologist position at Steph Allen Hairstylist?
I am looking for someone who wants to really learn what it's like to grow a business, give incredible service experiences, and loves color education. Someone who treats the business they work for like their own, someone who appreciates that their employer is hiring you to support you and you will support her too. Someone who values team, who loves mentorship, and is open for feedback so you can grow into the most successful and passionate version of yourself. I am an employer who doesn't need an assistant, but I want someone to work with me 2 days a week as a co stylist, help me with my long days and then two days a week build a business behind the chair. I will help you grow as a stylist, sales person, marketer, and business person, because that's what it takes to be successful. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
