Job Description:As a Social and Paid Media Account Coordinator, you’ll help manage, create content and execute social media campaigns as well as assist with setting up and tracking traditional and digital paid advertising efforts across a variety of accounts. The Account Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day monitoring of our clients’ campaigns as well as reporting
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with development of social media calendars, copy and content
- Proactively monitor and administer paid media campaigns, helping to ensure ongoing performance meets or exceeds established KPIs
- Communicate directly with other team members, ensuring campaigns are set up and launched accurately
- Assist in the administrative functions of the social and media teams, including interfacing with the accounting department on client billing
- Develop campaign reports and insights
- Effectively communicate campaign results and optimizations to internal team members
- Maintain an awareness of key industry issues and trends
- Other internal projects as necessary
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising, journalism, communications or marketing, who is ready to learn and grow. Agency experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically and deliver high quality work under pressing deadlines
- Desire to learn and grow quickly
- General knowledge of the following products and platforms: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager), Canva and social management tools (e.g., Sprout or Brandwatch)
- Prior experience managing and executing social media campaigns or campaign set up and management within some ads managers (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads) is a benefit, but not required
