Position Overview
You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. This position is a Quality Customer Service Representative, customer facing, phone and online.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost effective service by responding to client inquires and the general public regarding insurance eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims submission, rates, billing clarification, payment plans and referrals to the sales team.
Prepare policy documents and certificates when needed.
Provide service to policyholders and the public in a pleasant and courteous manner.
Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and office sales support.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
