Hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 – 5:00 (no remote work)
Salary: $17 -$18 per hour
Supervisor: Jessica Hedspeth, Marketing Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Listing Marketing
- Assists Marketing Manager with marketing of all team listings
- Feature sheets
- Welcome area items (water bottles, chocolates, etc.)
- Creates social media “new listing” posts
- Neighborhood letters
- Other new listing tasks as assigned
- Coordinates Open Houses (RC & EJ help with this)
- Mails Open House invitation letters
- Preps agents for Open Houses
- Advertises Open Houses online
- Creates reels for all new listings using video
- Brainstorms new marketing ideas for team listings
- Special projects, as assigned
Team Marketing
- Assists Marketing Manager with team branding and promotion
- Manages the team Instagram account
- Posts weekly on team Instagram and Facebook pages
- Interacts on the Team Leader LinkedIn account as Team Leader
- Creates and oversees mailing of marketing letters for the team
- Assists with marketing mailings
- Offers input on marketing plans / initiatives / pieces
- Creates graphic designs/posts/flyers/signs as needed
- Creates reels promoting the agents and the team
- Participates in team sponsorships
- Acts as liaison between non-profits and team
- Works off-site at charity events to represent the team
- Brainstorms new marketing/promotion ideas for the team
- Creates and executes
- Brainstorms ways to increase team community outreach
- Creates and executes
- Attends weekly meetings with the Marketing Team
- Coordinates all client gifts and deliveries
- Sends the Team Manager all billing information
- Special projects, as assigned
Office Support
- Assists with planning and organizing team events
- Answers phones as part of rotation
- Runs errands, when needed
- Sits at reception desk, when needed
- Assists with staging, when needed
- General admin support for Sales Department, when needed
- Special projects, as assigned
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficient with Canva
- Proficient with Instagram and Facebook
- Organized

- Ability to implement ideas with action steps
TEAM MEMBER BENEFITS
