Key Responsibilities :
Run personal and business insurance quotes across multiple platforms.
Prepare three quotes for each lead for the sales team to present to clients.
Schedule appointments between the lead and sales representative for policy closing.
Bind policies for sales representatives, ensuring that all required information and correct discounts are applied.
Process payments and ensure all details are accurate before finalizing policies.
Maintain accurate data entry for all quotes, policies, and client communications.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to quotes, policies, and payments.
