Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote insurance products and services.
Manage the agency's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), including content creation and scheduling.
Create engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
Design flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
Collaborate with the team to maintain and update the agency website with fresh content.
Cold call potential clients and partners to generate leads and build relationships.
Build and maintain connections with bankers, lenders, real estate agents, and local business owners to expand referral networks.
Plan and organize community outreach events or sponsorship opportunities.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on campaign effectiveness.
Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
xperience in marketing, advertising, or related field (preferably in the insurance or financial industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and generate leads through cold calling and networking.
