Associate Photographer for High-Vibe Studios

Calling all talented, high-vibe photographers! We're expanding and looking to hire a as-needed, contract associate photographer. We're a photography studio that focuses on branding, headshots, high-school seniors and families. Our studio is located in Mount Pleasant, however we do also travel for on-location photoshoots.

Please read this carefully as these are strict requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute photoshoots according to studio style guide and quality standards
• Work primarily weekends and some Mondays
• Photograph in both studio and on-location settings
• Handle professional lighting equipment (Profoto)
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
• Follow established workflow processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional photography experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating portrait work
• Experience with studio lighting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Available for weekend assignments
• Professional liability insurance

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in both natural light and studio lighting scenarios
• Knowledge of Lightroom
• Comfortable using various focal lengths (24-70mm, 35mm, 70-200mm)

Compensation:

• $60/hour starting rate
• Contract/1099 position
• As-needed basis
