What will I do?

Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy leading projects that directly impact clients and deliver outstanding results? If so, Stephen Gould is looking for you to join our team as a Retail Display Project Manager. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing complex print, in-store display, and product development projects from start to finish. Do you have a knack for strategic planning and juggling multiple tasks at once? Can you communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams? As our Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, adjusting schedules as necessary.
• Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and track project expenses.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to quote new or existing projects accurately.
• Manage risk by identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.
• Brainstorm and implement ideas for greater efficiencies in future projects.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and the sales team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including presentations, correspondence, and final billing.
• Coordinate pickups and delivery dates with carriers, addressing any shipment delays or installation issues.
• Inspect proofs, facilitate press checks with clients, and ensure quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Permanent display and print production knowledge is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• PMP certification is a plus.
  
  

Work Environment:

• Flexibility to work in various locations, including client and vendor sites, with approximately 10%-20% travel.
• Hybrid schedule: 50% in-office and 30% remote.
  
  

Ability to adapt to changing schedules and project requirements
