Salary: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, claims processes, and account inquiries.
- Handle policy management, including renewals, changes, and cancellations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Generate new business through referrals and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience with demonstrated longevity in a role.
- Insurance license in Property & Casualty or Life & Health (or ability to obtain within 3 months with licensing assistance available).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency with technology and the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build client rapport.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
