Here at Stephens Automotive we are seeking a well seasoned candidate who has a proven record in automotive repair. This candidate will work with the service manager and service advisers to acquire and accomplish day to day parts and labor goals. It is our goal to have a person who is motivated and aware of how to work with fellow employees and repeat clients. It is imperative that that this candidate share a common goal of excelling in customer service by providing superior customer service to our new & existing customers.
Duties and Responsibilities :
The Service Writer at Stephen’s Automotive, LLC will be expected to complete the following tasks :
- Greet Customers, discover their needs and convey that information to the service team
- Answer the phones and take complete messages when needed or discover the customer’s needs and address them as needed.
- Assist with writing up Repair Orders and keeping an accurate count of Inventory
- Keep customer information currant and accurate
- Effective communication with all team members and customers
- Scheduling the workload, understanding what the workload is and how much time is needed to complete the schedule
- Effective time management
- Liaison between the customers and the service team
- Follow up with customers, with their vehicle and after service
- Assist in day to day operations (billing, accounts receivables, accounts payables)
- Computer skills, email system, learn the Mitchell1 system
