The Fashion Program works with the Council of Fashion Designers of America Education Initiatives and is recognized both nationally and internationally as a fashion school of high caliber. This is a permanent, nine month, non-tenure track faculty position. Position begins August 2025.
Responsibilities :
- Teach undergraduate fashion courses in both lecture and studio formats, including those utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, CLO, and similar software tools
- Advise undergraduate students in the fashion program.
- Participate in faculty governance at the program, school, and college levels.
- Pursue professional development and scholarship continuously.
- Collaborate closely with faculty, the chair of fashion, and the dean of the Women’s College to shape the ongoing development of the fashion curriculum across the fashion program degrees.
- Nurture individual students’ design abilities with a strong commitment to design education.
