Position Summary:
The Lab Assistant (Phlebotomist) PRN plays a crucial role in the healthcare services industry by ensuring the accurate collection and processing of blood samples for diagnostic testing. This position is essential for maintaining the quality and integrity of laboratory results, which directly impacts patient care and treatment decisions. The Lab Assistant will work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient patient interactions and ensure a positive experience during sample collection. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a phlebotomy training program.
- Current certification in phlebotomy from a recognized organization.

- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
Responsibilities:
