A well established, growing metal fabrication organization is searching for an Account Manager.
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be the lead point of contact for customers.
- Receive prints, work orders and provide estimates in a timely and professional manner.
- Make cold calls, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare quotes, routers, sales orders and work orders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the products according to customer needs and objective.
- Identify opportunities and collaborate with production teams to ensure attainment.
Some of the qualifications for this position are as follows:
- High School Diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Negotiation skills.
- Computer skills are required.
- Valid Driver’s license
- Able to pass a hair follicle pre-employment drug screen.
