Job Summary :
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth order processing and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including order entry, quote processing, and customer communication.
Responsibilities : Order Processing :
Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Validate order acceptance with the warehouse.
Print sales orders for the warehouse.
Ensure that all necessary information is collected from the sales team for order entry.
Convert quotes into sales orders.
Track orders from placement to delivery.
Customer Support :
Ensure that customers receive quotes in a timely manner.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and inquiries.
Track invoices and payments.
Update customer contact information as needed.
Sales Support :
Maintain awareness of current inventory levels and communicate potential stockouts to the sales team.
Assist in the creation of price lists and pricing updates.
Schedule and plan Lunch and Learn events.
Generate customer spend reports.
Assist the sales team with quoting projects for Gold and Platinum clients.
Qualifications :
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of QuickBooks required.
Other : Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service focus.
