Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage daily scheduling and communication with drivers, ensure accurate billing processes, and maintain data integrity for reporting. Responsibilities
Daily
- Communicate with drivers to assign and manage daily tasks.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and external clients to determine hauling requirements and optimize scheduling.
Weekly
- Verify and ensure accurate entry of billing information, confirming that all boom jobs are recorded.
- Import dump truck billing into the Foundations system and process external client billing.
- Enter and verify pump truck billing, ensuring accuracy for Lincoln and Omaha locations.
- Import billing data for hook and semi trucks and process external client billing for both locations.
- Update Fleetmatics with billing rates, job details, client entries, and payment information.
- Collaborate with accounts payable to verify vendor billing accuracy for material pickups.
Monthly
- Conduct audits to ensure accurate data recording for each department.
- Generate detailed reports on truck usage and departmental activity, sharing findings with relevant department heads.
