Position Title: Sales Assistant (Part-Time)
Company Overview: Stephens Truck Center is a dynamic and growing small business that is locally owned and operated. We specialize in the sale and construction of tow trucks and parts within a four-state region. As we seek to expand our business and enhance our sales reach, we are looking to add a meticulous and proactive Sales Assistant to our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization and efficiency within the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team on behalf of the sales department to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare and manage sales documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records using CRM (Monday) with meticulous attention to detail.
- Possibility for travel to support sales activities and business growth initiatives.
- Support purchasing department with the management of parts and sales.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or in administrative support.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (Monday).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
