Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand a diverse portfolio of commercial clients through proactive networking and sales strategies.
- Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend the most suitable policy options to mitigate risks.
- Develop and present risk management assessments, providing expert advice to help clients minimize claims and protect their assets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to educate clients and enhance service offerings.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire insurance process.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid insurance license (Texas Property/Casualty) is required.
- Previous experience in commercial insurance or as an insurance producer is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverages, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
