Stephenson Equipment, Inc. (SEI), a leader in the industry across the Northeast offering sales, rentals, parts, and service for construction equipment, municipal equipment, cranes, paving, road building, and road maintenance equipment, is seeking a Branch Operations Manager at our Public Works and Infrastructure branch in Harrisburg, PA . This position is pivotal in managing daily operations focused on the parts, production, and service departments. The role also includes responsibility for the maintenance and management of branch facilities and grounds.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Serve as the daily point person for operations focusing on parts, service, and facilities management.
- Manage branch operations in alignment with company goals and strategic plans, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness in service, parts, and production throughput.
- Oversee branch financials, including budget management and monthly P&L analysis.
- Manage service administration tasks, including work in process, warranty claims, and invoicing.
- Ensure the daily operations of the parts department is effectively managed to meet customer and service needs.
- Act as the primary liaison for customer service issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the corporate headquarters and their resources to align with overall company strategies.
- Responsible for staff management, including recruitment, training, and development of operations team members.
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and appearance of the branch’s facilities and grounds, ensuring they meet company standards and provide a safe environment for employees and visitors.
