Sales Support Specialist
The Sales Support Specialist assists customers and Sales department by troubleshooting technical issues regarding company issued hardware and software and assist with store resets and updating.
Essential Functions:
- Trouble-shoot customer issues with self-ordering technology, including but not limited to scanning devices or web console.
- Assist sales team on any store setups, resets, or merchandising requests, including tagging.
- Provide support to back-office staff with special projects focused on program updates and customer service improvements, and miscellaneous reporting and logistical requests.
- Work with customer service / computer room to identify scheduling and peak order volume trends to identify potential service or fulfillment issues
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
- Knowledge of product trends and regional preferences
- Skill in managing time and organization of paperwork and schedules.
- Skill in communicating effectively over the phone or in person as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
- Skill in resolving problems quickly as they arise.
- Ability to build relationships by providing quality customer service and meeting the customers needs within the scope of company and position.
- Ability to drive vehicle safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years experience in help desk, customer service or related field
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to travel to assigned locations
