Salary:
- $18.00-$22.00 Per Hour, Based on experience
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- First-Shift
- Monday-Saturday
- 40-55 hours per week
- 8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads crew in landscape maintenance, plant installations, and hardscape projects
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by inspecting work site, establishing, and enforcing organization standards, and adhering to legal regulations
- Determines installation requirements by studying landscape concepts, plans, specifications, and site, conferring with client and architect
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Candidates Should Possess:
- Basic landscaping principles and knowledge
- Effective Communication skills
- Ability to interact with customers
- A level of professionalism that reflects positively on the company
- Attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License
- Hardscaping Experience (Preferred)
