Responsibilities:
- Inspect job sites to assess damage and establish scope of work for restoration and excavation.
- Evaluate excavation requirements for plumbing installations, repairs, and restoration efforts.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insured parties, and adjusters.
- Address customer questions and concerns, providing solutions as needed.
- Work closely with internal staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions.
Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
