We are new Montessori inspired academy seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. Proven experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and external professionals to provide a Montessori inspired approach to each child's education.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and student engagement while encouraging critical thinking.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships within the school community.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance while adhering to school policies.
Requirements
- Teaching certification preferred.
- Proven experience in preschool or early childhood education settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in teaching.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
