Regional Site Director

The Regional Site Director is a leadership role supporting multiple ABA clinics within a designated region. This individual partners with Clinic Directors and Managers to elevate team performance, increase enrollment, boost morale, and ensure a high standard of care and operations. The ideal candidate is a galvanizer with strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills—coachable, innovative, and passionate about empowering others.

This role receives strategic coaching and morale-building mentorship directly from the CEO, while operational metrics and performance reporting are overseen by the COO.

We are hiring across 3 regions:

1. North Indianapolis

2. Indianapolis

3. South Indianapolis

Key Responsibilities

· Recruit and assist in hiring new team members

· Partner with Clinic Directors on staff discipline and performance plans

· Assist with onboarding and training of new hires

· Support enrollment and census growth through marketing and outreach

· Attend and lead weekly check-ins with clinic management teams

· Boost team morale through recognition, problem-solving, and presence

· Respond to issues in real-time to prevent escalation

· Monitor staffing ratios and coordinate float staff as needed

· Support compliance with insurance and documentation standards

· Serve as liaison between executive leadership and clinic teams

· Track and report clinic-level KPIs

· Direct therapy as needed

Qualifications

· RBT certification required.

· 1 years of employment with organization.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Proven ability to manage clinical operations and staff effectively.

· Strong time management and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
