Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including social skills, language acquisition, and motor skills.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary accommodations for their growth.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss children's progress and address any concerns regarding behavior or development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes learning while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions among students.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare, babysitting, or educational settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with special education strategies for working with children with disabilities is a plus.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and enthusiasm when working with young learners.
