Responsibilities
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards utilizing the Frog Street Curriculum.
- Educate children in various subjects, including literacy, numeracy, physical education, and social skills.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
- Provide support for children with special education requirements to ensure inclusive learning experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes exploration and creativity.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and classroom activities.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
