About this Job
Stepping Stones Learning Center is looking for motivated employees that love to work with children.
Hours would vary between 7am-6pm, Monday through Friday. Shifts range from 6-10 hours each day. Hours are flexible for College students. 15-40 hours a week available depending on your availability.
We are looking for outgoing, creative, caring people who love to have fun and teach children. It is preferred that these people have a background in childcare or are willing to take classes in reference to early childhood education. Training available on site.
We are closed weekends and all major holidays. We are open Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 7:00pm
Responsibilities
- Teaching basic skills
- Plan and carry out curriculum
- Encourage the exploration of interests and developmental social skills
- Follow schedules and routines
- Observe, assess and document each child's health, skills, behavior, growth, and development.
- Clear criminal record/Be able to pass an FBI fingerprint background check as required by WI DCF
