Stepping Stones Learning Center is seeking a full-time or part-time childcare provider for children ages 6 weeks through 10 years old.
Shifts available:
6:00am - 12:00pm
- 6:30am - 12:30pm
- 7:00am - 1:00pm
- 8:00am - 2:00pm
- 9:00am - 3:00pm
- 10:30am - 4:30pm
- 11:30am - 5:30pm
- 12:30pm - 5:30pm
- 3:00pm- 5:30pm
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities :
Providing a quality of care that meets or exceeds state, federal, and local regulations; local standards; and standards set by the Iowa Department of Health, state licensing authorities, and Stepping Stones Learning Centers LLC.
- Establishing and maintaining a positive and productive working relationship with each child's family with an emphasis on attaining the best possible outcomes for each family. This includes meeting the family's needs as it relates to essential services, educational needs, and economic goals. It also includes creating a supportive environment in which the parents can provide basic care to their children. This includes; providing supervision to the parent when working with the children; maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the children; and providing discipline when necessary.
