Stepping Stones Learning Center is seeking loving and energetic childcare teachers to engage and educate young children. Our program serves children from 6 weeks to 10 years old, guiding them through art, math, social experiences, and exploration of the world around them.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
As an early childhood educator, your role is to nurture a love of learning and support healthy mental and emotional development in young children.
- Use engaging educational techniques (storytelling, play-based learning, music, and movement) to teach core concepts
- Observe and support children’s social and emotional growth
- Foster positive interactions and encourage cooperative play
- Guide children in developing creativity and practical skills through structured curriculum activities
- Help children master self-help skills such as feeding, dressing, toileting, and communication
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with fellow educators to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning experience
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and comply with all childcare regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a love for working with children
- Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members
- Classroom & behavior management experience
- Ability to foster creativity and independence in young learners
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Reliability & dependability—this role requires consistent availability from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday
