Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc. is seeking a fun and energetic Certified Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our dedicated team. A minimum of one year of pediatric therapy experience is required.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working with children and dedicated to helping them reach their fullest potential. The ideal candidate will excel in collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals while delivering high-quality, individualized care to our pediatric clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.
- Evaluate patients' skills in sensory processing, emotional regulation, adaptive functioning, fine motor development, feeding, and related areas.
- Provide therapy to help children improve their ability to perform daily activities and develop essential skills.
- Educate families and caregivers about the child’s unique needs and strategies to support progress at home and in school.
- Offer patient and family education to promote understanding and collaboration.
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
