Our Behavioral Therapists use the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to work with children with Autism and related developmental disabilities. We provide support in homes, clinics, and schools-wherever it's needed most.
In this role, you'll be doing one-on-one sessions to help implement behavior plans, track progress with electronic data, support parents through training, and team up with other professionals. It's all about making a real difference in the lives of the kids and families we work with.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Collect and record data to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Assist BCBAs in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of STEPS, LLC.
Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including full-time and part-time hours
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working with children
