If you join our team, you'll enjoy the following responsibilities:
- Perform initial patient screenings and patient history, along with physical examinations.
- Analyze test data and determine the need for further treatment options.
- Complete COWA and CIWA assessments in order to monitor patient's withdrawal symptoms.
- Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity and confidentiality.
- Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions.
- Work collaboratively with the Medical Director and provide immediate notification of unusual or potentially high-risk findings in test results or systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
You must have the following education, skills, and experience to be considered:
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- 5 years Nursing experience.
- Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Louisiana.
- Prefer prior substance abuse experience with available treatment slots for suboxone.
- Ability to work within a team and take direction.
- Must become familiar with the electronic medical records system and be able to chart.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- High energy with engaging personality and strong people skills.
- Ability to multi-task and successfully prioritize workload.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to positively interact and develop rapport with patients and their families, professional support staff, team members, and various individuals from the community agencies.
- Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
