We offer a variety of programs and services, including the DUI court required education and counseling program as well as a ODF (Outpatient Drug Free) program to work with clients to free themselves from adiction. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SUD Counselor. As a SUD Counselor, you will be responsible for providing counseling and support to individuals with substance use disorders. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting one on one counseling sessions, facilitating groups, documenting client engagement, and providing case management. This role requires working closely with a team and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing counseling for individuals with substance use disorders
- Knowledge of addiction treatment modalities and evidence-based practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting group therapy and facilitating support groups
- Understanding of legal and ethical guidelines for substance abuse counseling
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Valid license or certification as a substance abuse counselor (Or in Process)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
