As a Social-Emotional Learning Guide, you’ll help students develop social-emotional skills, communication strategies, and self-care independence in a small-group setting. We believe in empowering educators, allowing them to focus on what truly matters—student growth. No rigid curricula. No one-size-fits-all teaching. Just real learning, real progress, and real impact.
Requirements
We’re looking for dedicated individuals with:
- Credits in Education, Psychology, Child Development, Behavior Therapy or a related field
- Experience working with neurodivergent children
- A passion for individualized learning & creative teaching
- The ability to assist students with self-care routines (e.g., eating, toileting)
- A clear background check
- Availability Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Guide neurodivergent students in social-emotional development & communication
- Foster a supportive, engaging, and individualized learning environment
- Lead small-group instruction tailored to students’ strengths and needs
- Assist with self-care routines in a respectful and supportive manner
- Collaborate with a passionate team that values teacher creativity & autonomy
- Encourage student independence, confidence, and emotional well-being
