Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise IT initiatives, The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in IT leadership, 4 years in project management, and hold a PMP certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop, track, and update project plans for enterprise IT initiatives.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate planning, design, and work management sessions with OIT, divisions, and program areas.
- Status & Risk Reporting: Conduct regular status meetings, track issues & risk logs, and report project outcomes.
- Resource Management: Ensure adequate resource allocation and report shortages as needed.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare design & implementation documentation and ensure adherence to data security policies.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience leading and coordinating enterprise IT initiatives.
- 4 years of direct project management experience
- Experience managing projects involving multiple technologies and functions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
