Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming calls from referral sources and potential clients. You will work closely with our Director of Clinical Management to determine the Company's ability to meet client needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and responding to incoming calls from referral sources and potential clients
- Completing pre-screening assessments and preparation of case proposals
- Overseeing and directing field staff assigned to assist with pre-screening process
- Accessing national/state/company account information
- Consulting with third party representatives regarding client benefit coverage and reimbursement procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field or nursing field
- Valid driver's license
- Two years of experience in case management or related discipline
