Job Description
At Appcast, the Director-Alliances leads our Global ATS partnerships strategy, manages a high-performing team, and builds relationships with key partners to ensure our software is compatible with our customers’ systems. This position will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives and drive our long-term success. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and developing a global team to execute against the department’s objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify and build relationships with Appcast’s strategic ATS or CRM partners and key decision makers at partner organizations globally.
- Develop a global strategy for partnerships, ensuring alignment with diverse regional markets and business needs.
- Represent Appcast as the trusted expert in the HR technology ecosystem, and stay informed about trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Partner Engagement & Integration:
- Gain an understanding of customer/partner goals and identify opportunities for Appcast to engage with partners around their strategic priorities.
- Scope integration pathways with ATS/CRMs to enable implementation for all existing and future customers globally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to document technical information, foster innovation, ensuring integration processes are scalable and efficient across multiple regions.
- Program Development & Innovation:
- Develop and manage Appcast’s global partnership program to promote the brand and support customer growth.
- Continuously improve the program by gathering partner feedback and leveraging insights to strengthen the Groups value proposition.
- Work with leadership and product teams to innovate partnership offerings and stay ahead of market trends.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing global alliances team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, while navigating cultural and market differences.
- Build structure and processes for prioritizing efforts, reporting on performance, and sharing key outcomes with Appcast leadership.
- Mentor and support team members to become highly engaged experts for the HR technology partner community.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Responsible for owning and driving company level goals related to ATS partnerships and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize partnership success
- Use data to assess business opportunities, inform decision-making, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Create data-driven presentations to communicate partnership value and outcomes to internal and external audiences.

Education and Experience
- 7-12 years of experience in recruitment advertising, partnerships, or HR technology, with a focus on global markets.
- Experience managing and developing teams to deliver high-impact results.
Travel Requirements
Travel for this position will include quarterly or more frequent travel to attend internal and external meetings globally, varying based on business needs and opportunities.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The position will have direct reports on the Global Alliances team.
Expected Salary Range: $93,000-$155,000
