Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to become a key member of the Brand & Creative leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader who can manage, mentor, and empower a diverse group of creative professionals, ensuring that every project aligns with our brand vision, goals, and values.  Strong candidates will have a passion for developing innovative concepts, executing high-quality campaigns, and driving creative excellence across all projects.  

Job Responsibilities 

Leadership & People Management: 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. 
  • Provide constructive feedback, set clear expectations, and encourage continuous learning and professional growth. 
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with design, copy, development, and strategy, to ensure creative vision aligns with broader business goals. 
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and team-building activities to support personal and professional development.

Creative Strategy & Execution: 

  • Oversee the creation of all visual and creative assets, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency. 
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, workshops, and creative reviews, guiding the team through concept development and refinement. 
  • Direct the development of multi-channel campaigns, from initial concept through final execution, ensuring they resonate with target audiences. 

Innovation & Vision: 

  • Stay ahead of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. 
  • Develop and articulate the creative vision for projects, ensuring that ideas are strategically aligned with brand objectives and business goals. 

Collaboration & Communication: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creative deliverables, providing clear direction and updates to internal stakeholders. 
  • Lead client presentations, pitch meetings, and other external communication efforts as needed. 
  • Maintain an efficient workflow within the creative team, balancing multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality. 

Resource Management: 

  • Oversee the allocation of resources, ensuring the creative team has the tools and support needed to succeed. 

Qualifications

Experience: 

  • 8 years of experience in creative leadership roles, with at least 3-5 years of direct people management experience. 
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering successful creative campaigns across multiple platforms. 

Skills & Expertise: 

  • Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and digital/print media. 
  • Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and proficiency in various creative tools and technologies. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to balance creative vision with strategic business objectives. 
  • Leadership Qualities: 
  • Strong ability to inspire and motivate a team, cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture. 
  • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback with empathy. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and adapt to changing priorities. 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

Travel Requirements: 

  • Insert travel that is necessary to complete the essential functions of the position.

Expected Salary Range: $113,000-$188,500

Salary : $113,000 - $188,500
