If you are passionate about hospitality, guest service, and leading a dynamic team, we want you to be part of our team! As a Front Desk Supervisor , you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and service. You will lead a team of front desk agents in a newly renovated, lively environment and provide a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include :
- Supervising and motivating front desk staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service
- Overseeing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handling guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Training and mentoring front desk team members on hotel policies, procedures, and guest service standards
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
- Managing and resolving any guest complaints or issues that arise, with prompt action and a solution-oriented approach
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to guest service, reservations, and daily operations
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Assisting with scheduling and staff management to ensure proper coverage at all times
