The Le Meridien Sheraton Charlotte Hotel is currently seeking individuals for the positions of Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at our StepStone Hospitality managed hotel. The Supervisor will report to the Executive Housekeeper.
The role is to ensure that the cleaning of guest rooms, public space and back of the house are up to standard.

The Le Meridien Sheraton Charlotte Hotel is currently seeking individuals for the positions of Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at our StepStone Hospitality managed hotel. The Supervisor will report to the Executive Housekeeper.
The role is to ensure that the cleaning of guest rooms, public space and back of the house are up to standard.
Responsibilities Include
- Report to Housekeeping Office at the beginning of shift, pick up and sign out key, and return key when reporting to office at end of shift.
- Open and close the department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper including assignment of room boards, keys, and any other opening and closing requirements.
- Take all incoming Housekeeping calls and respond the guest’s needs.
- Perform inventories of supplies and order for par levels
- Log all missing items and maintain catalog of lost and found and ship or mail out claimed items to the guests.
- Report all items in need of repair to supervisor and maintain equipment used in work.
- Protect guest safety and well-being; be courteous to all guests and co-workers.
- Ability to accurately use various office software.
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
- Ability to accurately report information.
- Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
- Attend required meetings.
- Additional language ability preferred.

- Ability to work with management on special projects
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs
- Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 20 lbs
- Must be able to communicate via radio and phone as needed
- Must be able to clean rooms if necessary
